As an authorized Osaki dealer, every warranty we sell is fully valid. Many premium models carry up to 5 years of coverage.
Why this matters: a massage chair has motors, rollers and airbags, so at some point it may need a little care. When it does, you want a real local team, not a shipping label and a support queue.

I’m a local, and I co-founded Unwind right here in Snider Plaza. Before massage chairs, my background was in automotive service and retail.
