Returns Policy

The White Glove delivery fee ($275) is non-refundable.

All massage chairs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
The 30-day window for returns begins on the delivery date of the product. We are unable to accept returns after this 30-day window has closed.
If your chair arrives with shipping damage, we will send replacement parts; if the damage is not repairable, we will send a replacement unit on a case-by-case basis.
For all items not manufactured under the Titan Brand (this includes all Osaki chairs), a restocking fee of 20% applies to any return made within the 30-day window.

Please keep your original packaging for the full 30 days in case you decide to return or exchange your chair.
