Step 01
Walk in.
No appointment needed.
You'll be greeted at the front desk and checked in within seconds. No forms, no intake clipboard, no waiting. Our team will walk you through your session options and answer any questions — especially if it's your first time.
Choose your session length and any enhancements you'd like to add. That's it. You're in.
10 min — $20 20 min — $30 30 min — $45
Step 02
You'll be walked to your chair.
Your associate will bring you to one of our premium Osaki zero-gravity massage chairs. Each chair has its own semi-private space — sheer curtains, soft lighting, and a small cart with everything you'll need for your session.
The lounge is quiet, clean, and designed to feel genuinely relaxing from the moment you sit down.
Step 03
Shoes off. Everything else stays on.
Shoes come off so the chair's foot and calf rollers can work properly. Socks stay on — and if you don't have any, we've got complimentary socks for you.
That's all the prep on your end. Clothes stay on, no changing, no locker room.
Step 04
Warm towel. Jewelry dish. You're almost in.
Your associate will hand you a warm scented towel to wipe your hands — everyone does this, since hands go into the chair's massage panels during your session.
We'll also invite you to remove any jewelry and place it in the small dish on your cart. Rings and bracelets can get in the way of the hand panels, so it's worth taking a moment before you start.
Step 05
Get settled. We'll handle the rest.
Place your feet into the footrest and slide your hands into the armrest massage panels. Your associate will ask where you're feeling the most tension — neck and shoulders, lower back, legs — and select the program that targets it best.
There's no guessing on your end. We do this every day and we know which programs work for which people.
Step 06
The AI body scan.
It maps you first.
Before your massage begins, the chair runs a quick body scan. This takes about 30 seconds and measures the exact position of your head, neck, and shoulders so the rollers can accurately follow your spine — not a generic approximation of it.
This is what separates a high-end massage chair from the kind you'd find at an airport. The machine adjusts to your body, not the other way around.
Step 07
You're in control of the pressure.
Once the scan completes, your associate sets your session timer and walks you through the pressure controls. Too strong, too light — you can adjust it on the tablet at any time during your session.
Programs include Shiatsu, Relax, Stretch, Gentle Relief, Rejuvenate, and more. If you're not sure what to choose, we'll pick based on where you're tight.
A call button is built into the chair armrest. Press it anytime and someone will be with you immediately.
Step 08
Now you just relax.
Your associate will offer a blanket and point you to the cart beside your chair, which includes headphones that plug into your phone and a white towel you can lay across your eyes if you'd like to fully check out.
Some people listen to a podcast. Some take a nap. Most are somewhere in between. There's no right way to do this part.
We'll be nearby if you need anything — but otherwise, this is your time.
Step 09
Complimentary lemon water when you're done.
When your session ends, we'll offer you a glass of lemon water at the front. Massage moves things around — staying hydrated afterward matters.
Most people walk out feeling noticeably different than when they walked in. That part never gets old.
